By using Lotto Maker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between RaniSNS ("the Company") and users of the Lotto Maker service ("the Service").

Article 2 — Definitions

• Service — web pages that publish sets of random numbers drawn on a fixed schedule, grouped by set size and interval.
• User — anyone who accesses the Service. No registration is required and no account exists.

Article 3 — Effect and amendment

These terms are published on this page. If they are amended, the Company will post the amended text and its effective date at least 7 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

Article 4 — Nature of the numbers

The numbers published by the Service are randomly generated digits provided for entertainment. They are not connected to, endorsed by, or predictive of any official lottery. The Company makes no representation that any number set improves a user's chance of any outcome, and accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of them.

Article 5 — Fees

The Service is provided free of charge. The Company does not sell numbers, subscriptions, or any paid tier. Anyone soliciting payment on behalf of the Service is not authorised by the Company.

Article 6 — Availability and changes

The Company may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, technical failure, or changes at the underlying cloud provider, and will give advance notice where practicable. The Company may change or discontinue set sizes, intervals, languages, or the length of retained history.

Article 7 — Prohibited conduct

• Automated access at a rate that interferes with the Service or other users
• Presenting the Service, or numbers from it, as an official lottery or as a paid prediction service
• Interfering with, probing, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service's systems

Article 8 — Intellectual property

The design, code, and text of the Service belong to the Company. The number sets themselves are factual data and may be freely quoted with attribution to Lotto Maker.

Article 9 — Translations

The Service interface is offered in several languages. Where a translation differs from the English or Korean text of this document or of the privacy policy, the English and Korean versions govern.

Article 10 — Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Company is not liable for interruptions, loss of data, or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Notices are given by posting on this site. Inquiries may be sent through the contact page.

Article 12 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.
